Jennifer Schwartz Flack, M.Ed, NCC, LPC, RMT, widely known as Serenity Jenny, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, K–12 Certified Guidance Counselor, and a Karuna Holy Fire III and Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher. She is also a Psychic Medium, Ordained Spiritualist Minister, Cherokee bloodline Shaman, and Spiritual Healer. A former high school dropout who rose to become a college professor and motivational speaker, Jenny’s journey is a powerful testament to resilience and purpose-driven transformation. She is the CEO of Starborn Illuminated Publishing and the author of Unapologetically Authentic and the forthcoming CPR for the Soul. Jenny channels the Hoshi Healing Method—a multidimensional energy medicine guided by Ascended Masters, Angels, the Beings of Light, and the Council of 12. Gifted from a young age and placed in advanced learning programs, Jenny’s psychic abilities were evident early on. Her life was deeply shaped by a long medical battle with Crohn’s disease and five profound near-death experiences (NDEs)—including giving birth to her miracle son during one—which activated significant spiritual upgrades and healing gifts. With an extensive background in law enforcement, EMS, and 911 communications, Jenny is often called The Cosmic Counselor and The Experiencer’s Therapist.
